[1.16.5] Glowing entities within a team with a certain color, randomly sometimes at a certain angle turn white

Forge Version: 36.2.39

Steps to Reproduce:

1. /team add red
2. /team modify red color dark_red
3. /team join red @s
4. /effect give @s minecraft:glowing 999999 255
5. Wait since it appears at random

Description of issue:
Randomly sometimes the glowing of the player if he is inside a team with a color turns white in a certain angle. It commonly happens with a handheld item, and a few times with the entire player.

i already tried to remove all mods and it still happens

I tried same version without any mods and I didn't see it happen (holding a diamond sword or trident or shield), though I'm singleplayer and looking at myself using F5. Does it only happen when looking at another player? Are you using optifine?

I tried a server with same version and two players and still didn't see the issue (i.e. always dark red outline). Are you using a resource pack?
