Crystal Pony Effect

The ability to activate a crystal pony effect in the form of a very mild transparency (which can be seen in the show as evidenced in the pictures below) that can be activated on any species (since crystal ponies can be any of the main three pony species and non-natives turn glittery during certain crystal heart events) via the same skinning method used for height, species selection, and whatnot. I would suggest a mild glow or a particle effect of some kind as well for the glitter, but I'm not totally sure how realistic of a suggestion that is with my minimal mod creation knowledge.
