Currently, if I understand correctly, the badge is created in the ./output/hits.svg file. First, would be better to have hoc-badge.svg as a default name. Second, I need to have a possibility to specify my own name.

Added output directory and output filename configuration.
Changed default filename to 'hoc-badge.svg'.
