I feel that this sentence "5,000 events of 64 KB size per second or 5 MB per second (whichever comes first)" is misleading. I would say that this part "of 64 KB size" should be removed as later on there is information which events are counted as more than one. Here it looks like we can send 5000 events each 64 kb or 5MB so the second limit will be always first so what is the point of the first one? Probably sounds like a not important and obvious thing (once you get it) but actually to me it was really confusing...
