Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use your package, it is really excellent work. I would like to be able to install it through standard Ubuntu PPAs.

Describe the solution you'd like
Introduce a PPA from which the package can be installed.

E.g. python-evo

Describe alternatives you've considered
None.

Additional context
I regularly run your package from a Docker instance.

I would like to make other packages depend on it on a continuous integration pipeline that resolves dependencies with rosdep.

I like the idea. Instead of a PPA, it might be better to add it to the official distros. I.e., adding it to Debian since Ubuntu builds on top of that.

However, to be honest I didn't have much enthusiasm yet to go through all the policies that are required for releasing to Debian.

Keeping this issue open, if someone has experience with this and would be willing to help this would be great!
