MICA covers the screen while recording video using the Snipping Tool

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Press 'Win+Shift+S'
  2. Click on Video → start recording
  3. See

Step 1
Press Win key+Shift+S and start screen recording for keeping the SnippingTool process on
Step 2
Press the + button on MicaForEveryone Settings

Step 3
Press "Add Process Rule" and type the process name you want to make a specific rules at, here we need to use "SnippingTool".
