[ ] This is not about other apps being displayed weird or etc.
[ ] This is not about rendering issues that caused by a bug in the Windows.
[x] I've read FAQ.
[x] I've checked other issues and this is not a duplicate.

Describe the bug
I cant change the backdrop of some system apps like settings, control panel and camera.

Windows Version
26H2 (26200.500.1)

MFE is not supposed to work on modern UI apps, so this is not MFE fault.
