Tried an older release (1.3.0.0) and it worked for me.

@gsrd90 same, i hope MFE is not discontinued
@claudeloba yes, 1.3.0.0 work well on W11 23h2 (build 22631.3155)

Newest update W11 23h2 (build 22631.3527) won't work with 1.3.0.0
Something is conflicting with the installer. It will continue to work on newer Windows versions if already installed.

Okay, I have got Mica for Everyone working on multiple W11 PCs. But I had this issue with one of them, recently I decided to reinstall W10 to see if I could get it to work. I decided to test it with one of the computers that had it working on to verify it would work. After completely wiping the computer and installing W10 Mica for Everyone will only install and not launch.

On my Main desktop, I am running Mica for Everyone working well on W11 23h2 (build 22631.3527)
Specs; AMD R9 5950x, 64GB DDR4, RTX 3080TI

My test computer is a Laptop I originally tested the software on. It worked the first time, but I needed to reinstall Windows. After the reinstall, Mica won't run after installation regardless of what version. Tested with versions W11 23h2 (build 22631.3527) and W10 22h2 (build 19045.4291)
Specs; HP Victus 16-r0073cl, Intel i7 13700HX, 32GB DDR5, Mobile RTX 4060

My other Computer that Mica won't open on, I have run W11 23h2 (build 22631.3155), W11 23h2 (build 22631.3527), and W10 22h2 (build 19045.4291)
Specs; AMD R7 3700x, 32GB DDR4, GTX 1080ti

I doubt the specs really matter, just figured I'd put them in there just in case they might help. I am going to try and reinstall windows again. And test the computer to make sure it is going to run games and such. And then try to install Mica. Because my Main desktop I did just that on W11 23h2 (build 22631.3155) and Mica installed fine after I did that. So I think that there might be an error with Mica's interface not being able to grab the correct program to run. I am not really sure at this point though...

Okay, so Mica for Everyone does install on W11 23h2 (build 22631.3527) but it's not with the .exe installer like it normally is. If you follow this youtube tutorial it launches and runs fine on the newest version. I was even able to run it without the .NET Core, though I don't recommend it. Regardless, after signing certificate as addressed in the video I was able to get it to work just fine. Probably something to do with how W11 is handling the installer. As it wants to use Windows Store more.

try Add-AppPackage -Path "PathTo\MicaForEveryone-x64-Release.msix" -AllowUnsigned
