Describe the bug
The effect of HDR display screen is inconsistent with that of regular display screen HDR
HDR 效果和普通屏幕效果不一致
The color is different. The title bar color of HDR is the same as the window frame, but under a normal screen, the window frame will present an effect similar to "overexposure"
颜色不同，HDR 的标题栏颜色是与窗口框架一样的，但是普通屏幕下，窗口框架会呈现类似于“过曝”的效果
