There are three (potentially more) ways of calculating a waves origins

  1. The earliest delay (but is prone to outliers and detection mistakes on individual channels)
  2. The average delay map
  3. The start of the longest distance/displacement stream

Introducing a feature that visualises the three options and allows for direct comparisons between them would be useful in determining which of the methods are most consistent across different recordings and parameter settings.
