Add to the browser.follow_link(...) docstring what the valid kwargs are

Currently the docstring says something to the effect of "kwargs are passed to browser.links(...)". When coding in an IDE like VSCode, which shows the docstring as you're typing, this isn't super helpful as you have to go look up the docs for browser.links(...). It would be great if it just showed the valid args right there, either by having them as named args to browser.follow_links(...), or as a description.
