I ripped the soundtrack of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past from the game, and those are poorly tagged. None of the tracks have an artist. The code is assuming a lack of - to mean that there is nothing playing, so idle status is set.

now checks window title for known menus. if not in a known menu or idle, sets details to title.
