If you have a GTX card (only GTX series), and it is dual-fan aware: SWARM will only set the first cooler.

I wasn't even aware GTX cards could be dual fan aware. We are attempting to work on a fix.

It is suggested if you wish to use HiveOS with SWARM, to not use autofan and leave fan settings blank if you find you have a dual-fan aware GTX series card. Use the manufacturer software to set the fans, and leave fans empty in HiveOS.

It is found that dual-fan aware GTX cards are rare, so this should not affect many users.
