Intermittent selenium.common.exceptions.TimeoutException

Describe the bug
Getting intermittent timeouts from selenium.
Logging this here to check if anyone else is facing the issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Actions'
2. Click on 'Roam Research backup'
3. Scroll down to 'Run backup' step
4. See error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

selenium.common.exceptions.TimeoutException: Message: Connection refused (os error 111)

Run roam-to-git --debug notes/ and report what you get.
It should open a Chrome front-end, and do the scrapping. The repository content will not be modified. If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
