Connect to Nekoray Through INTRANET Network

Hello, have a good time
I work in a company that computers connected to a server and there is INTRANET . In normal situation you have NO Internet. but if you set a proxy in "internet options" you can connect to internet (proxy is: "192.168.1.140" and port is: "808")
The question is: How Can I Use NEKORAY in this Network? that inband internet coming from specific proxy address.
