[Temporary solution] Can't connect Tun Mode / 无法使用 Tun 模式

Restarting and change Direct DNS can solve most problems.

There may be a problem with the current localhost resolver under VPN mode in NekoRay.

If you can not connect to the server in VPN mode, but in normal mode can, please set an available direct DNS server as a temporary solution. (eg. https+local://223.5.5.5/dns-query)

NekoRay 中 VPN 模式下的当前 localhost 解析器可能存在问题。

如果在VPN模式下无法连接到服务器，但在普通模式下可以，请设置一个可用的直接DNS服务器作为临时解决方案。

Known issue: Linux

1. systemd-resolved is not working. (Tunnel DNS requests through the VPN interface (systemd-resolved) #342 VPN mode 異常 #704)
2. Occasionally sing-box may not be possible to clean up the interface. ( try sudo ip link delete nekoray-tun )
3. Don't use AppImage if you need Tun.

1. Occasionally sing-box may not be possible to clean up the interface. If you don't restart the system you can't continue using it.
2. Still not working with localhost or UDP DNS in some cases. (VPN模式DNS解析bug #347)
