The calculation used here is percentage change not percentage difference, though its labelling suggests the opposite.

I believe percentage change is the calculation we want here, which means it just need relabeling, but didn't want to fix this in case that wasn't what you intended @otfrom? And technically the result should be multiplied by 100 too, no?
