Flash when record via "TONE_CURVE" filter #11

Reproduce steps:

Run the sample app
Select PORTRATE
Click "FILTER", and select "TONE_CURVE"
The preview is normal now.
Click "RECORD VIDEO" to start recording
You will see the screen keep flashing.

NOTE:The issue appears on both android 7 and 8.
