In Chiense Pinyin, people use shape "ɑ" instead of “a” as handwriting style

Yuwen Teachers at school will ALL write and teach students "ɑ", mostly they will consider "a" a wrong shape in handwriting.

Also, i noticed Hanzi like "免" whose Pinyin uses “ɑ” in handwriting style which means two styles are used in the handwriting font at the same time which might lead to chaos.
