How can i set lower_case_table_names before db startup?

I need to set lower_case_table_names=1 to guarantee consistent runs across different OS. (Windows has case insensitive table names, while Linux does not). The set_lower_case_table_names setting can only be set on CLI and on a specific mariaDB config file. Is there a way to set it using MariaDB4j's methods?

Yeah, you should be able to use something like addArg("lower_case_table_names=1") on your DBConfigurationBuilder`.
