The problem
In v4 it is possible to hold shift down (or was it ctrl?) and drag a box with your mouse to zoom to that extent. This is only possible in WPF (and a few other platforms) and it is all implemented within platform specific code. We want the same functionality but for all platforms.

The proposed solution
Build a ZoomToBoxWidget
