How can I install mqtt on cpanel to get data from lwgsm?

I want to send data to a website with lwgsm lib. What do I need to do on the server-side? Do I need to have a server and install MQTT on it?

Yes. One option is mosquitto mqtt.
Or use public servers, at least for test.
