Here's a list of open PRs -- along with notes for each PR as needed -- that are required to complete work on the atmosphere/develop-openacc branch. The goal is to merge these PRs in the order given here (with the first listed PR being the first to be merged).

@mgduda Below is an updated list of PRs which are needed to be merged into atmosphere/develop-openacc branch.
Merging these PRs would result in all the Physics schemes except NOAH LSM and Microphysics on GPUs.

Note: I have replaced #926 from the list with #949 . The former computes the MPAS_to_physics_gpu on CPU and updates the variables to GPU. Instead in #949 I am computing the MPAS_to_physics_gpu on GPU and updating the variables to CPU.
