add tags using api

Hello,

I am struggeling adding tags with api :

curl -k -X POST --location 'https://x.x.x.x/tags/add' --header 'Authorization: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX' --header "Accept: application/json" --header 'Content-Type: application/json' --data 'data.json'

i get :

I tried many variation of data.json without success.
