Hello
In the user manual it says there is a python plugin but I can't find it anywhere. The manual also uses an image of an old version, in the new version there is no button with the python logo.
version: MITK Workbench v2022.04
Is there also a reason version 2016 has more segmentation methods than 2022?
thanks

Hi @simonchemnitz. There might be a confusion about the MITK Workbench and MITK Diffusion. These are two different things. Here you are in the MITK Diffusion repository but it seems you are not working with MITK Diffusion but with the MITK Workbench.
If this is correct and you actually want to use the MITK Workbench and not MITK Diffusion, it would be best if you post your question on the MITK mailing list. You can find more information about the MITK Workbench here www.mitk.org. The respective repo can be found here https://github.com/MITK/MITK
