Reformat the emails

Reformat the Emails so they have a nice look on all (expect outlook) mailclients and webmails.

• Don't use a style-tag, use inline styles (Webmails strip them out).
• Don't use a Body-Background color, it will be that color when someone replies.
• Make a fix for the InlineImages problem on swisscom webmail.
• Make the texts configurable in the Program and not the XML.
• Add more information also noted inside the PDF:
  • Total recommend amount
  • Payable by date
  • Reference-Number
  • ESR-Number
