Describe your suggested feature

Channel's attributes broadcast, megagroup and gigagroup are mutually exclusive.

You can convert Chat to Channel with megagroup flag set to True by messages.MigrateChatRequest.
You can convert Channel with megagroup flag set to True to Channel with gigagroup flag set to True by channels.ConvertToGigagroupRequest

Early Telegram versions didn’t have Channel, only Chat. So this all can be a bit confusing because of telegram’s backward compatibility.

Here is the illustration. Purple arrows mean possible converting.
