Basic Documentation Feature Request to show stess to Implement hopscotch in Redmine

I've seen how Plan.io has implemented Hopscotch into their Redmine instances for tours and I'd love to do the same.
Are the steps pretty simple to make the calls to the .js and .css either in the core or in a plugin?
