Thanks for the fix on #554 ! However, there are still some corner cases for some reduplicative phrases, such as:

(this is a common one in Portuguese)

In other words, the fix submitted in #554 works only for single words. If a translation includes that same word twice and that previous bug happens, the fix won't work. You can also test using the other filed bugs about this (however the sentence may not make sense, just testing):
