GLMM course 2019 - Bayesian Inference with Stan

Here is the folder description:

  • Handouts: handouts, stan_padova.html file.

  • Lab: lab part, with R code (Pest_Control_Code.R), data and stan programs. You also find the Pest_Control_Code.html file with the Lab illustration.

  • References some material.

We will able to cover only a part of the Pest_Control_Code.html file, but you are free to go in more depth!
