Saving/Loading blocks from "the cloud".

This is something that will be shaped over time, but I want to add the ability to the extension to easily save/load workspaces from the cloud, similar to a codepen/pastebin. This could be various sources: your own GitHub repository, a service provided by me, among other things.

Sort of, my idea was that you can point it at a URL, and it will load the snippet into your workspace. Eg. a Github Gist.
