I have the mini pro SK17i and have just got it up and running on cm13/marshmallow mod: cm-13.0-20161109-UNOFFICIAL-LegacyXperia-mango.

The phone itself is a tiny bit slow, but I can live with this (it wasn't exactly fast to begin with on the standard Gingerbread, so it is not much slower than I am used to really, apart from google maps which is super slow, but I rarely use this) I have also got "no frills CPU" to help with speed issues.

But I do have an issue with incoming being super slow and sms issues.

I get 2 or 3 vibrations before the ringtone kicks in, then when the ringtone does kick in it takes a further few seconds before the screen goes from black/blank to showing the caller ID. Thus it is quite some time before I can see who is calling and more to the point quite some time before I can answer.

I phoned my mobile from my house phone a few times to confirm the issue.
The very first time, it took 10 rings of the house phone before the vibration even started.
The 2nd attempt/call took 2 rings before vibration, another ring before the ringtone kicked in and a further 2 rings before the screen woke up and caller ID showed up and I could answer it. So a total of 5 rings.
3rd attempt it was slightly faster with 3 rings total before caller ID showed.
4th attempt went to 2 rings total.

So it would seem that from standby/doze it takes quite some time for my SK17i to wake up when there is an in coming call. Once it has woken up it appears to be quicker (so if someone was to phone me immediately after receiving a call or having used an app on my phone, so the phone is already awake). But of course this is quite an issue in receiving calls, since I am unable to answer them or see who is calling, I have missed a number calls because of this.

I have also noticed that dialing/calling out is also pretty slow, with it taking about 5 - 10 seconds to dial the number/make the call. But this I can live with, its the receiving calls issue that is a major problem.

Sms' are also have an issue, as I either receive 2 of every message or none at all.
Again, not a massive problem receiving 2 of the same message, as 1 of each can be deleted, but a number of people have told me they have text me but I never received their texts, which is a big issue.

This was supposed fixed here.
Could you try to check whetever at least previous year build was fine for you?

I have not used any previous years, I went straight from my standard Gingerbread to the earliest version of marshmallow (November 2016 build), thus I have not had any previous versions of android/CM to be able to know if any of the other versions worked on incoming calls.
