Time Signatures cannot be changed mid-song.
When set to a different time signature, notes will not snap properly, rather, if the snap is to (for example) a 16th note, it will snap to 1/16th of a measure exactly instead of to one tile (a 16th note).
Possibly more (WIP post)

yea time signatures were never fully implemented, i feel like as this exists i may want to do that however?
