Content Drip Settings doesn't work if course is not published #496

We used to be able to configure Content Drip while setting up the course (back in version 3.x.x). In LearnPress 4, no lessons or quizzes appear in the Content Drip settings page until the course is published, preventing us from restricting the course properly before publishing it.

Please update the addon Content Drip to the latest version 4.0.2.
