[BUG] Not always getting best quality. #66

Describe the bug
youtube-dl doesn't always use the 'best' quality.

To Reproduce
Download any 'older' album as the source then verify bitrate afterward.

Expected behavior
Expect the bitrate to be higher than 128.

Screenshots
Highlighted the MP3 I downloaded via youtube-dl from the same source according tot he logs.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: linux
Version: 2.3.4

Additional context
Ran commands using defaults and choosing 'best' quality.
