Retry in the event of a token reset failure

We may be able to improve the retry method (e.g. delay the game with a visible message) to mitigate games being force-ended if the database encounters a one-off or temporary outage.

This may or may not help with the error depending on the nature of these issues from OpenTDB's side. More investigation and testing will be required.
