Shards should return exit code 0 if an error occurs on first shard load #134

This would prevent the shard from trying to auto-reload if there's an initial syntax/type error that clearly requires administrator attention.

Bump, still relevant. Current behavior is that a shard will rapidly attempt to re-launch
