Think about how to handle promoting a dataset (only?, executions?) to the production schema.

I think this essentially involves:

  • moving (copying?) the data the the new root_dir
  • duplicating the database entry in the production schema
  • setting a new status for the old dataset which means "moved to production"
  • do we want a new column in the dataset table that is the dataset_id from the old schema
