Add ability to tag entries in the database with keywords, for example simulation, or more specific like dc2_mock.

This will make queries a bit easier in lots of cases when users are not sure where to start looking, and serves as a a way to bundle/relate similar datasets.

Should have predefined keywords to select from? user can make their own?, likely both.
