The two classes that do object tomograpy, TXRandomForestLensSelector and TXSourceSelectorBase, use an old temporary file tagged calibration_table to contain the spectroscopic sample that they will run on.

We should switch this to use the spectroscopic_catalog HDF5 file that is generated in e.g. the metadetect pipeline.
