In the method of __run_custom_codes in class Cell, A deprecated function (neuron.h.xopen) was adopted.

Describe the solution you'd like
Would you please implement them in new methods?

Hi. I think this is not an issue - we do use neuron.h.xopen(...), but here it's neuron.xopen that is deprecated.
In NEURON-8.2.3 the neuron.h.xopen function is still around.
