notification drawer & quick settings panel like in CyanogenMod

I really like the addition of the small settings button in the top right corner of the quick settings panel and have already suggested this to another CM-based ROM. What those however do better is to let the user configure functions for pulling these 2 views down on different sides of the screen. For example, notification drawer gets pulled down on the left, while pulling it down on the right, immediately opens the quick settings panel.

Also: The latter's tiles can be dragged & dropped into custom order by the user in CM. That would be nice to have for Fairphone's OS as well :-)
