Notification LED configurable?

Hello!

I'm pretty sure I went through all the settings, but found none that indicates any influence over the notification LED. I really like the red/green indicator for charging & fully charged, but the blinking for app notifications gets annoying with time. Orbot for example sometimes makes the Fairphone's notification LED blink all the time. Maybe a bug on their end, but still: it would be nice to have a few settings like "notify only charging state with LED" & "allow apps to notify via LED".
