add getCurrencyDetailV3 #65

right now, this sdk calls the v2 endpoint of the currency details api, @GET(value = "api/v2/currencies/{currency}").

The endpoint now is in its v3 version where it is also available the chainId.

Is it possible to add it to the sdk?
