[Question]备份恢复失败，提示PARAM_EMPTY #547

由于集群手动添加了主机，但是提示失败，删不掉，于是从v3.16.1升级v3.16.4，发现问题依然存在，想从etcd备份恢复，显示失败，点击“失败”，显示“PARAM_EMPTY”
