[MPMApplication] MPM-FEM coupling example

Hi Team,

I'm interested in MPM-FEM coupling, and I saw it was available, as indicated by the readme file.
I'm quite new to this, so I was wondering if you are able to share an example of MPM-FEM coupling?
Besides that, I roughly went through the code, and it seems like it has not explicitly incorporated the coupling scheme. How do I build the FEM-MPM coupling scheme?
