Issue: monitor preset does nothing

Checking the "monitor" checkbox does not add a preset to the command list. After clicking "save and close", the terminal shows "/monitor value 1" and "/monitor value 0" correctly when I publish to the mqtt, however no changes occurs. My monitors do not turn off or on.

Perhaps it's a administration priv problem? I did try running as administrator. No change.
