can you tell me , why i am getting this kind of erros

Here I used the osnet_ain_x1_0 model,
I got many errors and problems re-identifying the same persons

1) the same person came into the frame from a different side in another frame's time stamps
2) if collations occur I get another ID or else for some time is can't identify persons
3) Environment changes then identity also changes for the same person

How can I calculate the accuracy of this output?

Can you tell me how can i solve this or which type of drawback occurs for particular things, so I can improve it and do better?
