KC3 Panel Frozen Until Window Moved

-I'm experiencing an issue were the KC3 panel is freezing. None of the tabs can be interacted with on the panel when frozen and the only immediate solution I found was to physically move the game window itself. For example, the panel would be frozen for several nodes and not reflect the fleet's current health, ammo/fuel, etc. This happens during sorties, upgrades, expeditions, and more. The frozen panel will carry onto the main menu.

Occasionally, the panel will snap back to normal, but this seems to be at random. I play with the window resized. This issue started a few days ago.

Steps to reproduce: ?

Actual behaviour: KC3 panel will freeze at random moments and will not change until the window is shifted.

Expected behaviour: The panel should change to reflect the current action/state of fleet.
