First requested in issue #86:

  1. Add (mvdw)PlaceholderAPI support, so we can put placeholders in our items

Command:

  • No special command, just include the placeholder in /rename or /lore, etc..

Probably going to push this to the back burner. Not very important for item names since it will only work during item creation.
